General organisational duties are:
Establishing of annual budget and expenditure, as well as inventory supplies,

Control the payment of all the invoices connected with the property maintenance (TV, Internet, house services, electricity, water et.c.).
Updating the House Manual,
Ensuring the house is kept in a good state of repair,
Negotiating and managing contracts with outside vendors,
Organizing quotes and implementing works,
Following the works and ensuring compliance with quotes provided,
Co-ordinating and scheduling of service contractors,
monitoring maintenance and repairs to be fulfilled timeously and cost-effectively.
laundry: Implementing care of clothing.
experience with objects of art and antiques: Taking care of fine china, silver, crystal, as well as taking care and inventory of artwork and antiques.
